By accepting the video production services offered by Wilson Boating for a vessel listed for sale, the seller agrees to the following terms. .

1. The Seller grants Wilson Boating exclusive rights to produce and market this video.
The Seller shall not control or direct the relevant services or the final video in any way, including but not limited to the date and time of filming, the video format and duration, background music, etc.
卖方给与伟而讯游艇独家权力来制作及行销这份视频。
卖方不可以任何形式控制或指示相关服务及最终视频，包括但不限定拍摄日期及时间，视频形式及长度，背景音乐等等.

2. Video copyright belongs to Wilson Boating.
视频版权属于伟而讯游艇.

3. The Seller shall cooperate with Wilson Boating and provide access for vessel viewings. The vessel must be kept clean and well-maintained. Costs associated with operating the vessel—such as cleaning, detailing, piloting, and fuel—shall be borne by the Seller.
卖方会与伟而讯游艇配合及合作并且提供船只拜访存取. 船只必须清洁及妥善保养. 操作船只的费用例如清洁美容，驾驶及油料, 如果发生, 由卖方负担. 

4. Wilson Boating makes every effort to produce the final video under actual operating conditions, but does not guarantee or commit to a specific completion time.

5. The Seller grants Wilson Boating exclusive rights to market the vessel and locate a buyer for a minimum period of twelve months, commencing on the effective date of the sales mandate agreement. In the event of early termination, the Seller shall be liable to pay a video production fee to Wilson Boating.

6.This free video production offer applies only to vessels with an overall length exceeding 30 feet and a model year of 2006 or later. Wilson Boating reserves the right to provide or discontinue this free promotional video service.
