Terms and Conditions For Creating Advertising Video
制作销售视频 条款

The seller of the vessel (boat) agrees with the following terms and conditions when accepting the video offer for the listing vessel provided by Wilson Boating .
船只卖方在接受伟而讯游艇提供为待售船只拍摄制作的视频服务时，即同意下列条款。

1. The seller grants Wilson Boating the exclusive right to produce and market the video.
The seller shall not control or direct the related services and the final video in any way, included but not limited to the shooting date and time, the format and length of the video, background music etc.
卖方给与伟而讯游艇独家权力来制作及行销这份视频。
卖方不可以任何形式控制或指示相关服务及最终视频，包括但不限定拍摄日期及时间，视频形式及长度，背景音乐等等.

2. The copyright of the video belongs to Wilson Boating.
视频版权属于伟而讯游艇.

3. The seller will collaborate and co-work with Wilson Boating and grant the access of the boat to Wilson Boating. The vessel should be clean and well maintained. The cost of operating the vessel, if any, including detailing, the fuel, and skippering are on the seller.
卖方会与伟而讯游艇配合及合作并且提供船只拜访存取. 船只必须清洁及妥善保养. 操作船只的费用例如清洁美容，驾驶及油料, 如果发生, 由卖方负担. 

4. Wilson Boating will do best in practical to produce the final video, but there is no guarantee or warranty of a specific time.
伟而讯游艇在实际情况下尽力制作最终视频，但是不保证或答应特定完成时间.

5. The seller grants to Wilson Boating the exclusive right to market and find a purchaser for a minimum term of six months based on the starting date of signed Yacht Marketing Agreement. If terminated earlier the seller will pay the production fees of the video to Wilson Boating.
卖方给与伟而讯游艇独家权力来行销及寻找买家，由委卖合同签约生效日起最少6个月. 如果提早结束，卖家需付视频制作费给伟而讯游艇.

6. This free offer is for boats larger than 25 feet  LOA and model year after 1995. Wilson Boating reserves the right to offer or terminate this free advertising video program.
